Cairo Governor Major-General Khaled Abdel Aal inspected the ongoing development work at Masr Al-Gadidah’s citizen service center prepared to be as a guiding example to apply in service centers across Cairo as part of the digital transformation and workflow automation implementation.
The governor also pointed out that the Cairo governorate is coordinating with the Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Local Development and Ministry of Communication to train all employees in the service centers to improve their skills and upgrade their performance and to deal with the citizens' requests electronically. He added that this development aims to provide e-services more effectively.
The governor added that there is ongoing coordination with the Ministry of Communication to connect e-service centers with external authorities to shorten the time of service providing, noting that inquiry service about building licenses was activated, and citizens would be given a statement of any violations.
The inspection tour also included the ongoing development works on Madinet Nasr and Masr Al-Gadidah streets.
