Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal inspected Wednesday the ongoing work to increase the efficiency of the extension of Ahmad Tayseer Street, linking El-Merghany Rd., El-Nasr Rd., and the Autostrad, in Sharq Madinet Nasr district.
That comes in the framework of the capital’s efforts to improve the quality of citizens’ living conditions across Cairo’s neighborhoods in line with the state’s plan to upgrade road axes and establish new roads to ease traffic flow and movement, the governor said.
The governor added that the development work included upgrading squares, street lighting, pavements, and increasing green areas.
The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Ibrahim Saber, Chief of Sharq Madinet Nasr District Ahmad Gouda, and several officials of Cairo governorate.
