- City Ticket Booking Offices.
- Ticket Counters.
- Online Booking through ENR website
- Booking through mobile application “Egyptian National Railways.”
- Sales agents from electronic payment companies contracted with the authority to provide ticket sales and issuance services, namely (Fawry, Aman, Damen, Magic Pay, Khadamaty, OPay, Talqa, Cash Call).
Third: Payment Methods
- Cash payment is available at all ticket counters and booking offices of the authority, and e-payment is also available using electronic payment cards at the authority's ticket windows.
- Payment on the website and mobile application via e-payment cards.
- Payment to the sales agents mentioned, either in cash or electronically using payment cards, for merchants affiliated with the sales agents contracted with the authority.
