Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber attended the "Khabaya El-Rouh" exhibition by artist Dr. Sayed Kandil, President of the Capital University, held at the Picasso East Art Gallery in the Fifth Settlement. The event was also attended by Minister of Culture Dr. Gihan Zaki, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, as well as several media personnel and public figures.
Governor Saber praised the collection of paintings in Dr. Sayed Kandil's exhibition, which not only evokes Egyptian heritage and scenes from the heart of the streets and alleys but also reinterprets them in a contemporary context that aligns with modernity, blending surrealism with expressionism.
